Would stay again. Close to Waco but away from all the noise and traffic. Great coffee shop in town.
Don't make this your first choice

We made several calls and couldn't find anywhere else to stay (weather was in the high 80’s and we wanted AC). Found this place and it was as described in the previous review rundown and worn out. Come to find out most "campers" are living here and working on the pipeline. Road noise from the expressway is 24hrs, zero WiFi but the cell signal is good. We were on top of our neighbors and the site quality was poor. It was about 25 mins from the Waco Silos, there are closer places to stay. The owner or manager was nice but this place is a run down mess. The price was $35 but w good Sam it was 31.50 per night, full hookups. We would NOT stay here again.

First, the only redeeming quality was the young lady who showed us to our site The breaker was missing from our 30 amp hook up. So we threw our cable under to the next power outlet. Viola...we have two dogs. They had a fenced in dog area. So we went there. Now the stray dogs showed up. 2 were wandering around, aforementioned young lady picked up the stray and took it to parts unknown so we could get out of the dog pen. We have 2 German Shepherds...this was not going to end well. So we were ready to leave and yet another dog showed up, no leash, just running around. Once again we're now stuck in the dog run. Not wanting to visit a vet in Texas on a Tuesday night, the owner finally got the K9 and took him away. So we took off to our Bago. There are a number of dilapidated 5th wheels looking pretty sad. On the slide out the bed was hanging out the bottom. A Buick w/flat tires was sitting in front. There were cabins scattered about. These were long term camps..looking much like section 8 housing. There is no WiFi. Zero. Bathrooms? No. Showers? No. Zilch. Nothing. Go to a truck stop. It's also a Good Sams. That doesn't mean too much...
