This is an older park. The sites though are well spaced, the park is full of trees, and the people working there are very nice. Some hwy noise but doesn't bother us.

This was a nicely shaded park. Mark parked our 42’ 5th wheel right into our spot. The cement patio was nice. This is easy access to the highway to head downtown to Magnolia Market. If highway noise bothers you then this isn’t your place. We had no problem sleeping. I would definitely stay again.

We didn’t originally book this campground for our Waco stay but ended up switching to this campground. Couldn’t be happier. Super friendly owners & very accommodating. The laundry facility was great. They even have two commercial washers and one dryer which is great for our large linens while being on the road a while. The road traffic is a major concern for some, but our rig blocked out the noise. Plus we sleep with a fan so it wasn’t a issue. Great Verizon service so we could use our hotspot for tv & work. Highly recommended!

  • OK stop at the far north edge of Waco.

Nice concrete pad. The park is heavily canopied in trees, sites are scattered in no particular pattern. FHU's but I am assuming cable is extra fee, since I got none when I hooked up to it. They sell propane on site. Does come with traffic noise.

Stayed here Sep 1-2. Nice, LARGE concrete slab for our 36’ Class A!! Was super thankful for that since it rained heavily while we were there and was still raining when we left. Park Mark was friendly and funny. Location was easy access to Walmart, restaurants, Magnolia Market, the Dr. Pepper Museum, and the old Waco Expansion Bridge. Spot was close to I-35 so there was some highway noise. Not enough to disturb our sleep though. Would stay here again. Did not use other facilities so can’t rate them. Park was clean.

Quick stop in Waco on the way out west. Mark is a great host. Very accommodating. There is highway noise, but what do you expect for a quick stop right off the interstate. Easy access to Waco and Magnolia. Would def stay again.

Very convenient location right off I-35. We stayed here for a quick overnight on our way north. Roomy sites, gravel drives, concrete pads, plenty of trees/shade. When I found this park I asked if there was noise from the highway. Mark said that people didn’t complain. I asked if at all possible we would prefer to be away from the highway. When we arrived. I asked if at all possible we would prefer to be away from the highway. When we arrived. We were put at the intersection of highways 77 and 35. We have been to many parks. Not once have we complained about noise. It was RIDICULOUS! Plus he never mentioned the trains that blew their horns all through the night. We were supposed to stay two nights, we left after one. Unless you are hearing impaired or sleep like a rock. Do not stay here. By the way he also added on $10 for an early arrival fee, even though the site was empty. I question the veracity of the other reviews.

We were running late and called and talked to Mark. He said he had a space for us for 4 days. Perfect.... That's what we wanted. We show up an hour later and Mark meets us in the driveway. He shows us to our site and say's "Hop out and I'll park it for you.... It's a gift". We show up an hour later and Mark meets us in the driveway. He shows us to our site and say's "Hop out and I'll park it for you.... It's a gift". Now I have a brand new truck and 40' Toyhauler, so I'm not to sure about this. But I give him a shot, and he sticks it in the space perfect first time. Sites are big and concrete with picnic tables. It's right next to I-35 so there is some road noise but it wasn't bad and hardly noticeable inside the rig. Downtown Waco and the Silos is 6 minutes away. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mark!
