The staff was extremely courteous. The residents were amazingly friendly. Full hookups plus cable and wifi. The only negative is the spaces are a bit tight.

Mill Creek Resort has full hook up camp pads, small bungalow trailers and cabins. Our family of four (2 adults, children age 10 & 8) rented a cabin. It was a single room with full bath and little kitchen. The pool was great and well maintained. The bathhouse was clean, tiled, very nice. The grounds were well maintained. Two play grounds, one was nicely shaded - both well kept and maintained. Location was great to access Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smokey's.This was a great place to launch from in the Pigeon Forge area, for day trips. It was nice to swim before or after a day outing. The only challenge, this place is packed with people. There are 20 somethings working in the area and they live in the rental bungalows and one of the cabins. Everyone was friendly, but it felt like you were on a friendly college campus - lots of activity, late into the morning. No one was loud or obnoxious with behavior, but because we're all so close together, you can hear the conversations. Our bathroom (wall) was 3 feet from the deck of a rental bungalow. The kids (20's) on the deck were polite and no bad language, but they talked and laughed (not loud) until 3am - sounded like they were in our bathroom. There is also a large group of full time rvers. Some appear to be staying for long periods. Not unexpected with the rvers. This campground was more of a busy neighborhood, friendly busy neighborhood. We liked the location, and the cleanliness of this campground - but our family prefers a little more mellow. If you are into friendly busy campgrounds - this is the place for you :)We'll look for a little more mellow place next time :)
