This is a nice escape from the traffic in Pigeon Forge yet convenient for all the attractions. Clean bathrooms, nice pool and friendly staff. Sites are tight but level and well maintained with patios

It was nice dealing with Pam the owner as she was knowledgeable and helpful. I was immediately grateful that I booked this place and not the one next door. She is a block off the main Interstate. Noise issues are a huge dissatisfier for me and the place was very quiet last night . The campground next door has all their RV's literally butt-up next to the busy road which we all can understand is RV hell regarding noise. The bathroom and shower area along with the washer and dryer area are clean and well maintained and you don't have to pay additional fees to use the shower. All the sites in this town seem to be very tight regarding space to maximize profit, so if you're not comfortable backing in, just take your time.

  • Not our norm but a good experience...

This is a small campground and they assign your spot. We were here in June of 2015. The bathroom/shower facilities were great! Very clean and well kept. Sites are small and there is no privacy. Our daughter loved the swimming pool. The park is a great location close to everything in Pigeon Forge but is set on top of a hill and the entrance to town so you don't feel like you are in the midst of the crowds. Due to the size of the sites and lack of trees we did have some noise in the evenings from other campers. We had a great long weekend at Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, gem mining, and exploring the Great Smokies. We will definitely be back!
