We stayed last week of March. Rv park is very nice, host are very nice. If traffic noise bothers you, don't stay along river. Main road through town is across river. They do have spots farther away. Traffic don't bother me. Lots are small. We didn't spent all day at camper, was site seeing. Would definitely go back.

Trolley stop is right at end of block so getting to tourist sites is easy ,only a buck per ride. Bathrooms are very well maintained. Staff was helpful in giving advice. Sites were tight, but level with nice concrete pads with table. Excellent WIFI. Even had hot tub near pool.

Traffic came through all day/night with no regard to speeds. Spots are tight and neighbors are close. Laundry facility was locked up at 630pm, needs a door code like the bathroom facilities. Traffic on the main road (US 441, Parkway) through town was loud at all times day/night. Spot 25 is right across from the garbage can, a rude awakening when the garbage truck shows up at 730am. WiFi was hit/miss, miss most of the time. Ended up using our Verizon hotspots for streaming. Wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise from traffic/garbage truck and the busy road that goes right through the campground.

We were in site 99 and thank goodness it was close to the end to make it easier to get into our site. We have a 44 foot fifth wheel so a smaller rig will be just fine in this park. The site itself was good. It was long enough for our big rig and dually parked in front of it, which is always a plus. No problems opening our slide outs on both sides. Full 50 amp hookup on our site but make sure you bring a rubber sewer ring. We had to purchase one from our last RV trip so luckily, we already had one. Water pressure was good and had good campground WiFi for steaming. Didn’t use cable but our neighbors had issues with their cable. This site is good because it is away from the main road. There are sites right off the main road which could be very noisy. Dogs allowed but we didn’t bring ours. They are several campgrounds in this immediate so do your research. The KOA near by looked fun for kids. There was another campground nearby with some sites right on the steam which would be great. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again just to try out another campground with a big more space to get in and out easier.

However, it figures that there was just 1 row in this park where the back-in sites were straight (vs angled) which made backing in our 45'er a tight squeeze. Our neighbor was kind enough to move their vehicle so we could squeeze in and again out when we left. Even on the angled sites, those with mid-sized travel trailers had to park their trucks horizontal in front of their campers. So if you looked down each narrow road, all you would see is rows of trucks hugging the sides of the roads. We did not enter any of the facilities as we are adhering to COVID protocols and there isn't anything we needed. However, the buildings looked newer and well kept. The campground is very clean. The pool and hot tub were open and again looked very clean. There are some sites here that are very close to the busy road and I would be very disappointed if I was assigned one of those. With those points made, the location of the park is good. I liked that it is at the end of town and closest to getting into the NP which was the reason we were there. Traffic on the road in front of the RV Park is VERY busy. Our utilities worked as expected and were easy to access. We did not try the Wifi. Our Verizon signal was strong. The main reason I would not stay here again is due to the size of the sites, the interior campground roads being too narrow and the sites too close together.

Traffic that came through regularly drove fast because of this. The largest noise contributor is the trolley that stops right by the swimming pool. The trolley runs every half hour or so and is incredibly noisy if you are parked on the public road. Spaces were insanely tight. So close, in fact, that when we first arrived I could put my hand on my camper and extend my other hand out to touch our rear neighbor. The property itself is well kept, all hook ups are in very good condition, and staff was friendly. We were able to get packages here no problem. AT&T and Verizon both had fair service. Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Great Smokey Mountain National Park are all a quick 10 minute drive. I personally would not stay here agin. Next time we're in the area we will stay to the west around Townsend.

Clean shower rooms and friendly staff. It is located on the main drag so if you want solitude this may not be for you. But, if you want to be close to everything this is for you. No noise from the street. Will stay here again.

  • A camping club... they need a sign and members only jackets.

Steer clear of these thieves and their noisy campground. The pool hours are not posted and very depending how elite you are in the RV Park Gang. The bathrooms had strange music playing and felt dated. The park is laid out in a way that had through traffic and quiet hours were ignored, as was the 12 and older driving golf carts. We saw several 7-9 year olds driving golf carts which is fine at your own house but was against park rules and made us uncomfortable. The site assigned to us was very un-level. YOU SHOULD TELL PEOPLE THEY NEED A SEWER RING WHEN THE MAKE A RESERVATION... OR GIVE IT FREE AT CHECK IN. After 6 months on the road this was our first park that wanted us to use a sewer ring and it seems like janky sub standard plumbing after all the beautiful industry standard screw tops we've seen. this was the last straw.
