Not the most scenic spot in North America but the people here more than make up for that. Great check in and nice level site. The bathrooms are beautiful and immaculate. There are train tracks behind the park, but that's just part of RV travel. I'd highly recommend for an overnight stop.

Stopped here for an overnighter. Has good wi-fi and cable with a box. Rich checked me in and when I had a problem with the cable he troubleshot it to my cable on my TV. He gave me a cable to keep. No dog run otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars.

  • Clovis trains, planes and automobiles!

Most of the RV parks in Clovis are near the railroad track so you can't really escape the train noise (although the road traffic was louder). The wifi was great. No cable tv, but we were able to get over the air channels. Spouse mentioned the key pads for the mens restroom was difficult to use. Also, Cannon Air Force Base is nearby so you may hear planes overhead. The office for the campground did have Blue Bell ice cream (pints) plus some other frozen treats. It looked like she may have also had a few RV supplies for sale. We arrived just before the office closed (7PM) so I did not have a chance to look around too much. This park is located on the outskirts of town so it did not look there were any restaurants within walking distance. The front desk clerk was very nice. I don't think we would stay in the Clovis area again due to all the road noise and train noise.

  • Excellent customer service

The moment we parked in front of the office, the gentleman employee inside saw me reading the signs on the propane station and came out to greet me. He figured I needed a refill so had his gloves in hand. The process took all of 3 minutes and we were on our way. They offered Good Sam discounts, but the refill only cost $12 anyway. Aside from the extremely helpful employee, the campground looked clean and quiet. It's immediately off the highway, so it would make a great pit stop. It's directly between Clovis and Cannon AFB. Verizon had a solid LTE signal too.
