This park is clean and well run...you can tell the staff take great pride in the property. The amenities and activities were top notch and exceeded our expectations. The grounds are well kept and there are birds everywhere. We're in a small camper, but I could see how some of the sites would be a tight squeeze for big rigs. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area!

We used our Passport America membership to get a great rate for 6 days. The sites are gravel with a cement pad with picnic table. E15 was a level site. The full-hookup sites are wide, but not deep which made many of the trucks and cars to park on the gravel road in front of the sites. This made it hard to maneuver for both arriving and departing RVs. Amenities included: covered pool, hot tub, crafting room, gathering spaces, woodworking room, ping pong table, well-kept gardens, gated community, 3 large laundry buildings ($1.50 washer, $2 dryer), dog runs, and more! The park had many seasonal RVs, but their sites were kept clean of clutter (for the most part). OTA channels were good (all the major networks), AT&T = 2 bars 5G and good for streaming. Very quiet park at night. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful RV Resort. We had a back in site. Access roads are wide enough. But everyone parks in it. So it was tough to back in. Address is Crawford Street. Address is Crawford Street. But the sign on the Hwy 160 stop light says SR376. So turn Northeasterly at the stoplight. You won’t have to turn around like us. As you enter, park on Crawford Street and walk up to the registration booth. Very very nice staff. Really helpful. $20 with Passport America. Full hookup. 50 amp service. We did not use all the amenities. Gated access. Close to town. Great WIFI. Infrastructure is current and in excellent shape. Gravel lots are fairly level with concrete pads and picnic tables. Lovely trees and well maintained resort. We’ll be back to see Death Valley on another trip.

This park definitely earns the name resort. It is an oasis of greenery, water and amenities in the desert. The town of Pahrump is not much in itself, though it does boast three wineries and some casinos, but it is the perfect distance between Las Vegas and Death Valley (both are easy day trips). It also has a large Walmart and fast food spots. The campground has a large indoor pool with regular water aerobics, volleyball and lap swimming times. They also offer multiple breakfasts, games and activities. It seems to cater to the seasonal RVer, especially those of a more mature age, it is very welcoming to the traveler and family crowd. Everyone from staff to resident was super friendly. And the grounds are very well kept including huge profusions of rose bushes, an adorable pond area with nearby playground, an exercise room and huge clubhouse. They even had a wood workshop and stained class workshop. If you are seeking a desert respite or stopover near two popular NV destinations, this is a great choice.Do ask if you can stay in the Letter rows (A - D) as these sites seemed bigger. All the spots were well-kept and clean, just some were tightly packed. Our area on the 300 row, especially our spot, 321, was VERY tight with other RVs and there doesn't seem to be a price difference. That would be the only thing that detracted from our stay and my rating for this campground. We almost lost a mirror trying to avoid a rig on one side and tree on the other! However, most of the other sites looked MUCH easier to get in and roomier with shade trees frequently between spots.

The nightly rate was $14.50 for full hookups with 50 amp electric service. This RV resort is aesthetically pleasing with well groomed grounds consisting of assorted cacti, palm, and pine trees. A quaint water feature with waterfall, stocked fish pond, shaded sitting areas, and romantic lighting is located adjacent to the covered pool/hot tub area. The hot tub was awesome, hot with powerful jets and a rotating colored light scheme. The Death Valley National Park Visitor Center at Furnace Creek is approximately 60 miles or a 1 hour drive from the resort and made for a spectacular day trip. The town of Pahrump has a Walmart, Sonic, Home Depot, and a Smith’s Grocery Store with fuel station. AT&T cellular service was 5G and clocked in at 125 Mbps download speed and 6.76 Mbps upload speed. Verizon cellular service was LTE and clocked in at 82.8 Mbps download speed and 3.75 Mbps upload speed.

Took a stain glass class and even ventured into their warm pool for water aerobics. Also have a woodworking shop and a nice center area with Koi fish. This Site was a bit tricky with the tree branches and our slides which made us a little uneven but we made it work. Smith's grocery store and Golden Nugget across the street and walking distance. Walmart within two blocks. The town has everything, but not much in the way of recreation other than Las Vegas. The real negative for us was the pet areas which were along the fence. No dogs on the grass! Restrooms/pool/jacuzzi were all very clean and updated. Good cell service as we were next to a tower!

We did check out the free wine tastings at two of the local wineries, which was fun. Despite giving our length, they put us in a back in site along the fence that was not long enough. Fortunately, it was wide enough for us to pull in at an odd angle to squeeze into place. Because our bedroom was backed up to a fence facing a local casino, we had to listen to truck generators all night. It served its purpose and was a good price, but we are unlikely to stay here unless other options in the area are exhausted.

However, there's a lot more here than meets the eye at first glance.1) Everyone we met who works there is extremely pleasant. For that matter, everyone one of the guests we met were extremely pleasant as well. It really is just a happy place to be.2) While the sites themselves are relatively plain, the central grounds are lovely with green grass and large shade trees, benches and picnic tables, a large, well populated koi pond, a bocce ball court and horseshoe pit, etc. The pool is sizable and well maintained with a retractable roof for too-hot sunny days or cold rainy days. The indoor hot tub is just as inviting, and of course they have showers throughout to rinse off before and after.3) They have many social activities on an almost daily schedule - pot lucks, meet-n-greets, game nights, etc. Many nights the dinners were prepared by the staff and required a small donation of just $5 or so... very reasonable. 4) They have a variety of craft classes you can take for a small donation. There was a scrap-booking class (which I didn't get details on) and a seasonal stained glass class that met every M-W-F and cost just $4 and they supplied ALL the tools and materials.5) My favorite thing is the spacious woodworking shop. For a small $2 daily donation and a signed waiver you can use all the tools in the shop, and it's pretty well equipped: table saws, chop saws, miter saws, cutoff saws, drill presses, band saws, scroll saws, power planers, stationary sanders, etc. They're a little lacking on the power tools - I didn't see a lot of jig saws, routers, drills, palm sanders or things like that - but you can bring your own. Since the park is just an hour from my home in Las Vegas, I plan on doing all my remodeling projects here... and I have many projects planned.A couple small complaints:Not all the sites are as level as you would expect. Many of us larger/longer rigs had our front wheels off the ground. It's not all the sites, and of course it wouldn't affect 5th wheels, but it's worth mentioning. But, one big thumbs-up goes to them for staggering the sites - you're pointed one direction, your neighbors are pointed on the opposite direction. What this does is your patio faces your curb-side neighbor's patio, and your service bays face your road-side neighbor's service bays - which means that your picnic table won't be sitting right next to your neighbor's sewer connection like in most parks... a HUGE thumbs-up.The WiFi signal is very strong and stable, but it's a busy park so internet traffic often strangled the connection to an extremely slow crawl. Connecting was easy; getting even a simple web page to load wasn't.Lastly, unlike most parks you DO NOT pull your rig into the gate to register. They insist that you park out front and walk in because they don't really have the space inside for rigs that are waiting to register. There are signs out front telling you to park outside, and there's a long, wide street with plenty of space to do so, but there was a rig parked there blocking the sign so we didn't see it and pulled in like you normally would. It caused quite a bit of confusion and frustration. The $18 daily rate is based on a Passport America discount, which I highly recommend anyway. The park also has an active membership that you can purchase for additional discounts.

A nice place, friendly staff, and overall, a decent place to stay if your ever in Pahrump,NV. (I have found where people go to get fat and spend all day at the casinos). The park itself is pretty average, but it does have a pool, and laundry and half decent wifi. the 32.00 is with a Good Sams Discount.
