Area around here is built out. 99.9% full/full time residents... i think they only have 2 spots for over nighters close to office...advise calling ahead. Fairly quiet over night with a few exceptions:Lot’s of barking dogs in neighborhood area that we heard in the evening, but not during the night. Busy roads near by with loud trucks ( needing mufflers) driving by. Paid $35 (full hook ups...only used electricity) no discounts no matter AAA or Good Sam’s We came from Death Valley was tired and it was on the way into town. Went off 2017 reviews to stay here, didn’t feel like researching further.Self contained so did not use their showers. Did see laundry room, looked clean. Just walked our dog around the rv park... not much grass but was ok with us.

Lovely quiet RV/Campground off the main drag. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Hot showers & laundry.I was tent camping and had a shady grassed area next to shower house. Even a spot to plug in my cooler to keep the beer cold. Great jump-off point to Death Valley. Good shopping & cheap gas a mile away in town.

The hookups are 30/50 amp water and sewer level gravel pads great managment. There are some perminant residents but all of them were friendly or stayed to themselves. The park is off the main drag about a mile and was very quiet except for the medical helecopters at the near by hospital. We made several day trips to Death Valley and Ash Meadows. Gas was about .40 a gal. less than in Vegas be sure to fill up before heading out gas at Death Valley was over $4 a gal. there are several small casinos in town where we stopped and made our donations to the school children of Nevada.
