This is a nice little roadside motel with rv park. We're here at the tail end of some updates, looks like new infrastructure (electric/water/sewer), grass laid, new tables, etc. They've put in nice roadways and gravel pads that are not visible on google sat. The FHU sites are all close to the road, and beyond that the rail tracks. If the noise doesn't bother you, it's a nice spot with river access. It seems there is not an engine break rule for the semis here. All the river sites are electric+water.FHU Sites 6-8 are a bit tight to get into with a 28' trailer, probably better suited to shorter units.Measured 15mb up and down on Verizon, similar with AT&T (no booster).
