No frills, tight urban park. You stay here for the proximity to the beautiful area, not because you're going to hang out at your rig. Deposit paid by check in the mail, but you can use credit to pay the balance at the park. Was nice to get a text from the owner confirming receipt of deposit. We had a miscommunication on number of nights and he made it work for our one more night. Appreciated that!Level gravel with small green strip between very snug sites. All FHU utilities worked well. Cable available and our satellite connected fine. Some road noise as you're right on Hwy 103, but not disturbing. Quiet and dark at night.Large grass areas for some of the sites so no walking doggies there - but plenty of green space around the park to accommodate them.Far enough from the main part of town to avoid the craziness of summer weekends. Worth the stand in line for ice cream at Scoopers and breakfast and Benson's was wonderful :-)The park WiFi didn't work for us.

The second best thing is the friendly and helpful owner. Not only did he fit us in at the last minute on a weekend and allow us to extend a few days when an expected package didn't arrive, he also made it a point to not park anyone in the site next to us so we could have extra space. If you do end up with a neighbor on both sides be warned that the sites are very, very close. However, the gravel and grass are pristine and level and the bathrooms spotless. There are some long-term residents in RVs that have seen better days, and the road noise is constant, but that didn't diminish from our stay.

Not finding any dry camping spots in the immediate area, we paid $20 for semi-dry camping. Gravel lot. Level. Great wifi and great cell service, clean (but old) bathrooms, quiet. Nice host. Just wanted a place to sleep and work (digital nomads).
