Last night all the vehicles in the park were broken into and the doors were left wide open draining vehicle batteries. Staff's/Owners response was lacking just telling people make sure your cars are locked and valuables removed.Arrival/Check-inChecking in was not easy, even though we arrived during office hours manger was gone for the day on a boat trip, nobody was in the office, and we had to wait around because they do not give you your lot # when reservation is taken. When trying to call the manager, nobody was answering. Favorite Things about locationLocation is ideal very near beach accesses, bike paths, the Weeks Bay Fishing Pier, and multiple boat launches. Kids and I were able to ride our bikes to the nearest Mobile Bay beach access.Negatives:Inconsistent enforcement of the rules (different rules for the longer term residents)Mail is not kept in the office secure (its left on your trailer steps)Manager is rarely in office (its a hit or miss)Wifi is free but is inconsistent at best.Power Fluctuations and the 30 amp plugin on our site did not work so had to use adapter to upgrade to 50 ampYou are automatically charged for the cable whether you plan to use the service are not.

Bare bones kinda park with good access and all services on site. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Didn't use the park facilities but walked through the toilet/shower area- probably best to use your onboard shower.....Excellent WiFi Very Quiet.

Johnny, the maintenance man, knew this was a concern as we had just torn our rubber roof before arriving. As you can imagine, we were a little on edge about pointy branches. He jumped on his tractor and raised the scoop in the air. He then proceeded to climb into the scoop with this tree trimmers and chainsaw to cut back several trees. His level of customer service was amazing! We were very impressed and most appreciative. Our space faced the farm next door where they have 3 friendly donkeys that our little dog just loved, goats and a bunch of chickens. This country setting is exactly what we wanted. We would have stayed longer if we could have. The RV park has lot of open space towards the back where we were; it didn't feel closed in at all. I understand they have future plans to develop the park, so I'm not sure if that will impact that feeling of openness. We met some great neighbors. The people in RV parks tend to be amazing. The park has 30 and 50 amp service, pull through sites, full hook ups, on-site laundry and a bathhouse. We also had great wireless internet on both our Verizon Jet Pack and AT&T Mobley. I believe they also had WiFi, but we didn't use it.I would recommend that they trim their trees back on a regular basis. They're pretty but also overgrown in some areas. The bathhouse appeared dark and dingy (at least the men's side) and is in need of updating. The area outside of the laundry and bathhouse could use a face lift. It may have been functional - which is important - but it wasn't inviting. We would look forward to coming back for a visit!
