I'm not sure how much the daily rate it, but the monthly (summer and winter) is $395 plus electric. I have a small trailer and my electric was $25 and I ran a space heater almost continuously. It's one of the best deals I've discovered. I was there in November and was the only non-resident. But everyone was super nice.Long Beach is a very popular beach town during the summer months but pretty dead during the winter. I loved it. It was cool, but with a jacket we walked to the beach many times. The park is small. The bathrooms are cleaned regularly. For two weeks of my stay they were renovating the women's bathroom so I had to shower in the men's which was inconvenient because I had to hang a sign daily and hope no one came in. They have 2 washers and dryers. There is a little rec room with a kitchen but I didn't spend any time in there. Their Adults Only is defined as over 40. For the monthly, they will hook up cable for you for free, but I don't watch tv so I didn't do that. I have an AT&T hotspot but internet was super slow so I paid $20 for the month to use theirs. During the day when others were at work, it worked great. Not as much in the evenings for YouTube and Skype, probably others down-streaming. I would stay here again if I come back to the area. It is a few miles out of town but it was only 5 minutes to get to downtown. .
