This little gem of an RV park had nothing fancy, just a nice camp host, grassy level areas to park, decent clean bathrooms and showers and one washing machine and dryer (one is all you need). There are many FT or monthly residents here, here but plenty of space for travelers, too. Great AT&T cell signal (we have our own WIFI). Great rates through Passport America, two miles to a craft brewery, one mile to cute beach town and beer bar and tavern, two blocks to the beach (at night you can hear the waves) and the Discovery Trail (8 mile long paved trail along the beach) for walking, riding bikes, and strolling to your hearts content.

Looked o.k. pulled in late. Had to move a trailer full of garbage just to pull in. Full timers living in filthy dumps all around. Uneven spots. 30 Amp service. My rig has 6 hydraulic Jack's that lift it automatically. After 3 times trying to level I gave up. Roads are uneven and muddy. Sites are "grass" they are a mixture of grass, weeds, and dog droppings. Approached owner the next morning to get a refund for 2 of the three nights and he said no refunds. I asked him why, he said they have a waiting list to get in, but many spots were empty. This place looks and feels like the Beverly hillbillies met Sanford and Son. I was worried about the security as there were people walking around all night. I would feel safer staying in front of a homeless shelter!!>.
