Update: I removed 1 star because they do not accept mail; they expect guest to go to the post office and get one of the community cluster of mailboxes, also packages are not received by the office. I am looking for a new place to stay.I travel for my job most weeks (without my trailer) and am by myself so this was an extreme budget pick. I'm 2 nights into a month+ stay (looking at other options...) and first impressions are very disappointing. For $400/month plus utilities it is easy on the budget, and the sites are mobile-home-sized so neighbors are not too close, it has been quiet through the weekend, and the people I've met and seen seem nice. The manager is super nice and helped me back into my site although I drove over a sharp pole partially buried and am fortunate not to have damaged my tires as far as I can tell. My site previously had a home that burned down and the park put new fill dirt over the charred remnants so it is a bit soft and burned smelling. There is a very large cement patio plus room to park several vehicles to the side, but unfortunately my patio had a lot of baked mud and dirt including pieces of glass and other charred small detritus, so definitely not a place where you can ever go barefoot. The clubhouse looks pretty new and nice with a nice little pool, but the clubhouse itself seems to be locked up unless the one manager is present, so I couldn't go watch football on Sunday for example (I think there is a TV in there...). I saw no sign of the pickleball and tennis courts the website says are "coming soon", and the laundry building is clean but only has 4 washers and 4 dryers and no change machine so I went to the laundromat nearby which had a couple of sort of decent washing machines, I took my clothes home to air dry outside, so there is that benefit. Also, I imagine I could work on my truck here without any issue and the water is metered so you pay for it but can wash your rig anytime you want AFAIK.This park is good for not-picky (understatement) people with no kids wanting to have hookups, I will likely end up boondocking as this is just a step up from that - I think the value here is about $200/month, but at that point I might as well have storage for when I travel and boondock on weekends and the occasional week I am home.I plan to update this review based on how it goes...
