Electricity was additional. Being I had solar and lithium batteries this was fine for me. My elec bill as $45/month and was basically for my elec heat pumps. Gravel spots that were pretty tight in width because they have bushed between each site and for me was near my entrance door. Know that I generally do not give more than 3 stars for gravel and lesser pads. I did ask them to trim the bushes which they did the same day I asked. The lots were pretty level. Staff was super friendly and nice. They had some events like free donuts on certain days of the week, food trucks, etc. They had a pool but I did not use as winter in Tucson is pretty cold compared to Florida. You are close to I10 and some noise could be heard at times but no so inside your RV. Nearby is a military airbase and some noise from that but only during daylight as far as I could tell. Also, very neat to watch some of the aircraft maneuvers. Very close to the aircraft graveyard and museum. ATT service was better than Verizon and I used ATT. If I recall both had good signals but ATT was simply more reliable bandwidth.

  • Clean, convenient, away from the highway

Stay here overnight enroute, needing water, electricity and show. Full hook-up, tight space but not an issue with our a camper van. Friendly helpful staff. Clean bathroom.

The sites are so close together just fitting my 35' class A was a challenge. And once the slides were out the space between RV neighbors was even tighter. If you have a neighbor who talks loud (and we do) you get to hear everything. The laundry is good. Plenty of machines. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. Free donuts and coffee on Monday's and Friday's. Good water pressure. If you book, try and get on the "C" row. More spacing and covered. We got the monthly rate which worked out to around $16.00/day.If you're and aviation geek like me, the Pima Air and Space Museum is five minutes away. And you get a good view of the F-16's and A-10's from Davis-Monthan AFB playing in the skies. Downtown Tucson is minutes away and the RV park has easy access to I10. There's a nearby city park with an excellent walking trail called "The Loop". If you're a cyclist it'll take you all around Tucson without fear of getting creamed by a car.5G T-Mobile is here, so I had great DL speeds on my hotspot. ATT service is also strong.Really, the cramped spaces are my only significant complaint. If I had a few more feet on either side I'd give more stars.

The spaces here are really tight. Our picnic table was under the neighbors slide out tight. That said, the bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot. Not a great part of Tucson, some highway noise. Site ten was nice because we had the dog walk behind us. I would look for somewhere better in the future but it worked for a few days.

We arrived late and found our reservation details tape to the door. We found our site and hooked up with no problems and had a pretty quiet night. The gas station next to the highway had dedicated RV pumps and was very convenient.

  • Tight quarters but exceptional place to stay!

The bathrooms are sparkling clean AND heated on those chilly mornings. About half the campers are set up permanently and/or snow birds for the winter. We stayed in site 2, a pull through with full hookups. A bit cramped with minimal space between sites. No picnic table at our site, but not an issue for us. They offer lots of activities: weekly excursions to local areas of interest (sign up in advance for free snacks and drinks), free donuts 2 mornings a week, $5 pizza night, and even Bingo twice a week. Office staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and we were escorted to our site and they ensured we were happy with it. Lots of repeat campers who have been staying here for years. Close to the interstate but not too noisy. Easy drive to Tombstone (once was enough!). Pima Air Museum is close by and a must-see. Be sure to visit the East unit of Saguaro NP.(Rincon Mtn District) We also drove south to the Titan Missile Silo facility: very interesting tour! Would stay here again.

It was easy to work with the office staff and get into our site, although it was short enough that our tow car was sticking out a bit into the row, as we wanted to keep it hitched up for the night. The only difficult aspect was a LOT of really high speed bumps. The Pilot Travel Station at 5570 East Travel Plaza Way, Littletown, AZ 85756 (on the way to the park) is among the best we've ever been to, with dedicated RV lanes and an easy propane filling station. There isn't a lot right around the park, but there is a Taco Bell in walking distance, if that's your kind of thing. ;)
