Small park with nice size spaces. Mostly large campers. No full hook ups available so we were offered Electric only. There are several dry camping sites. Very friendly efficient host, Carrie. Extremely clean facilities- bathrooms, shower, kitchen, library and nice social spaces. Friendly guests and very dog friendly.

  • Quaint, Family run campground. Love!

We are self-contained so cannot comment on restrooms/shower facilities. We love this campground – will return. The owners take pride in their campground. Pros – -Very friendly and helpful owners who work very hard to maintain the campground. -Clean, well maintained campground. Even the long term residents have well maintained rigs.-Quiet – we know there is a shooting range nearby but rarely hear noise that bothers us.-Very convenient to explore the Whitewater Draw area. -Decent space between rigs.-Verizon and T-Mobile service works very well.Cons – -none

  • Very friendly park! Houses winter residents, and close to Bisbee.

No biggie, unless you really don’t like guns and hearing them go off (in the distance) throughout the day. If you like sport shooting, this is your place! We don’t shoot but explored the grounds and the range is very nice. It looks like they have tournaments there. The park is nice, and the friendly owners live on-site and take very good care of the park. Our first attempt to park in a space failed because our rig was a little too big. Those were the spaces against the fence. Most of the other spaces are pull-thru and have more room. The spaces are close, but we found a spot with no one on either side, so it wasn’t an issue during our stay. We had 2 bars Verizon LTE, the Wifi worked, our price was for the week, and we had 30 amp FHU. Actual date of stay April 2018.They have a stable and our dog met some horses, but I don’t have any other info on pricing. Restrooms are on site, but we did not use them. Laundry is available with several machines. They have a DVD ($1/night) and book library available, as well as a beautiful indoor garden to sit and read next to.Since a lot of people were leaving for the summer, our first night there was a fish fry and pot luck, which was awesome! Everyone was friendly, and we had a good time.

Period... One of our favorite RV spots in all our years of travel. Roy and Norma are great hosts and the setting is beautiful. The entire area is peaceful, quiet and a perfect location for day trips to Bisbee, Douglas (the exquisite Gadsen Hotel where Pancho Villa rode his horse up the marble and the oasis that is Sheriff John Slaughter Ranch are NOT to be missed), Tombstone, even up to Wilcox to the Rex Allen museum, over to the Kartchner Caverns, Fort Mojave museums and just exploring all the historic backroads and byways of this wonderful part of SE Arizona. Good shopping a half hour away in Sierra Vista. We were only going to stay a few days, loved it and they gave up the monthly rate of $300 so we stayed 3 weeks! Oh, and nice laundry facilities, a game room, fire pit and you must explore Norma's sun room and beautiful plants, plus walk the grounds and visit Paco, the goat! A big Thank you to Roy and NormaTom and Gypsy

Quite area back from the road. Has deer and javelina which was pretty cool. The owners very nice and accept people. We stayed here two weeks. WiFi not the best good for just checking mail. They do have a dvd rental onsite for movies. Bisbee is close and this is the best park to explore there. There is a grocery store in Bisbee which is only 15mins from the campground. Close to Sierra Vista 40mins with all kinds of stuff. They have a movie theatre, Walmart, Target, Food allKinda of restaurants and a mall.

  • Nice private park within easy driving distance of Bisbee, AZ. A good base to explore the area.

After picking our site type (30 or 50 amp) we were offered our choice of any open spot. Sites are adequately spaced, but if the park was full it may feel a bit close. Each site has a picnic table and there is a large community firepit. Tent sites are available. Amenities include a nice “club house” with showers/restrooms, a reading room, indoor water feature and plants, and a laundry facility. They also have a large DVD lending library and a huge book exchange. Owners were very friendly. Some sites are reserved for long-term residents and there are weekly, monthly and other discounts (PA, GS, etc) The Passport America rate was $21.50/day for a 30amp site, daily rates posted on the website are $20-$35. Note: the campground is situated next to a Trap/Skeet Shooting range, so you will hear the pop, pop of gunfire, but we didn’t find it bothersome and it was quiet at night. We had 2 bars of Verizon 4G unboosted. The park advertises Wifi but it was too slow to be usable from our campsite.

We liked this campground! Very clean and cute restrooms. Our dogs loved the nearby fenced field and trails. They just ran and ran. 8 miles from Bisbee. Only drawback is the pop pop sounds coming from a nearby skeet shooting range, but it was super quiet at night
