There were two decent washers and dryers. Since our main objective here was to be able to visit Old Town Bisbee and go on the mine tour this worked out well. Also agree with another review that the large gravel parking lot rocks were not comfortable for our elderly dog to walk on. Besides just looking around town and finding great restaurants I had a mission to find some Bisbee Turquoise, and I did! Several shops carried jewelry made with it. This campground was as expected from reading Campendium reviews. It’s just one of those that is more about what it gives access to rather than the campground itself.

All in all a really good deal.We chose the site because it was in Bisbee and we wanted some sun and to be in a funky little town. We got all that and more. Easily walkable into Bisby. Easily walkable down to Lowell, the ghost town of old cars. Drivable down to the Warren District (South Bisbee). A great farmers market in Warren on Saturday mornings. Worth the drive. The RV park is in a cul-de-sac at the top of the hill above the mine. So being, the sites can be a little tight, especially with large rigs. Bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and the showers are wonderful. Some of the sewer hook ups at the sites stick up an extra 6 to 8 inches and some are flat to the ground. Bring some blocks to elevate your hose. There are two washing machines and two dryers on site. There’s a great laundromat down Highway 92 in South Bisbee that’s worth the drive. The town has lots going on especially over the weekend. Not lots of rowdiness. One surprise was the number of sirens we heard on the highway. You are above the highway up here in the RV park. And we surmise there are a lot of accidents on the open road heading west and north out of town. absolutely the spot to stay if you’re going to be in Bisbee. Call months ahead to make your reservations. This place is filled almost every single night.

Great place to camp if you want to explore the town, waling distance! Sites are small and arranged in a circle so no privacy but we didn't mind. Cheaper if you pay cash. Friendly folks working here.

The park itself is best for its location (about 1/4 mile walk to get into town) and its views. The spots themselves are pretty tight, but we set up our lounge area behind the RV (instead of to the side) and were pretty comfortable. Bisbee was accommodating, as usual, with great food and friendly people. We will definitely be back - though, I think we'll try to get a spot on bordering the Mine to get a different view.

It is only a three minute walk to town. We could see the entire city from our camp spot. This park really set the tone for a wonderful few days in Bisbee! I sighed from location, the park is really very quaint and nice. The sites are arranged in a circle. Some have a picnic table. There is a nice common space with the seating. There are also very nice showers and laundry facilities on site. It is set up as a self check in location. Just to check the board for spaces that are reserved before choosing a spot. We did see employees come in to change out trash and such one of the mornings. So I imagine if you have any issues, they would be able to assist. We will definitely return at some point! The drive up to the RV park is steep and winding. However we had no issues with our 33 foot travel trailer.

The town lit up at night is amazing. The RV park lines the park fence with Christmas lights too. Really sets the mood. The sunset views were absolutely stunning. We went on the Queen Mine RV tour which was a minute walk down the hill. Awesome tour, definitely worth the price. We walked to downtown which was about a 5 minute walk. The RV park has full hookups, clean restrooms/showers, and laundry! We had a bit of a problem with the septic at our site, but the owners fixed it by the time we left and we were able to dump. Park has Wi-Fi, which was okay.Would definitely be staying here again if we visit Bisbee! FYI turns getting into the RV Park are a little tight. We have a 24 foot travel trailer and made the turns okay, but not sure about bigger rigs.

Nice, clean, and to our surprise, no traffic noise. We were there for business so we did not have a chance to really investigate the Park area, but knowing Bisbee quite well, our overall experience was very good. Full hookups including cable and wifi we saw as a plus. While there is quite a hill to climb walking back from town, the shops and nightlife are about a half mile away and well worth the walk. The bath & shower house was clean and also had the laundry inside. The bath house door code is provided at check in. Overall a safe and secure location just above the Queen mine Tour parking lot, (also well worth the time and money based on past tours we have taken). The views are great, the breeze was refreshing, and our walk to Santiago's for dinner was relatively easy. About the only negative I saw was the RV spaces are somewhat tighter than similar RV Parks, but then, how many are limited to space due to being situated on a mesa? There is a lot more to do than shop and eat in Bisbee. And within an hours drive there are many other attractions such as birding, visiting Tombstone etc. YES, absolutely, we will be back.

Yes, it's a small gravel parking lot with a handful of spaces that are fairly tightly spaced. The owners have taken care to add plants, handpainted signs, and a picnic structure that give this place a lot of character in spite of the small size. We loved being a 5 minute walk down the hill to Bisbee's old town, and watching sunsets over the hill and the old mine. We wanted to do the mine tour, but ran out of time. We could easily have stayed here a couple weeks, but the road was calling and we had a weather window open up for a Grand Canyon visit. We'll definitely be back.

Phew.WARNING: The hill to the campground has a sharp turn. We were able to do it in a 40' RV pulling our car. If you are longer than that, you better be pretty good at maneuvering your rig. When leaving, we used the lower parking lot (where the Queen Mine Tour is) to hook our toad back up to the RV.Payment is cash or check only. Show up and pick a spot. There may or may not be someone in the office which is tucked in the back right corner. Payment envelopes are there. WiFi was excellent, as was park cable. Area is all gravel. Though they came from backgrounds as varied as Fleetwood to Bounder, Scamp to Prevost, they each held their positions firm. No gunslinging, no cattle wrestling would be had tonight. Or such is the layout of this place, plenty of open space in the middle, all of the RVs backed in around the perimeter. Once they were full but, upon seeing our VW Bus, told us we could find a small spot in the corner which had a plug but no other hookups. A plug meant the fan running the propane heater would work. It wasn't that cold. We took it. I'm still not positive that they did that because we had a cool old vintage campervan, or if the woman running the place found my girlfriend as lovely and downright cute as I do, or if it was simply a matter of "well, you'll fit over there and you say you don't need water so...", but I'd like to think it more a combination of the two than the latter. The mountain looking above you on one side of the park. The massive mining pit to the south. The clean showers and a little shaded picnic table perfect for picking up the park's wifi. But mostly, vastly and insurmountably the best thing about this little RV park is the proximity to Bisbee, Arizona. An entire town full of spectacle, mystery, and just a touch sense of danger. I could, I would, and someday I may, live in Bisbee. I've been to some 17,472 places in this country considered at least a designated consensus area, and less than ten have made me feel that way, so it's easy to imagine I may have overlooked some sort of downside to this park, but it's not about hanging around your site, it's merely a great spot to fall asleep after a day of climbing to the big B or the shrine atop the Mule Mountains and looking down over what appears to be a child's toy replica of a working 1800s boomtown still in full effect all of these turns of the century later. It's about hopping from establishment to establishment, each one slightly seedier than the next, and that there be a compliment indeed, and meeting truly surprising and unique individuals. I'll leave the who's what's and hownow's of exactly what else to expect, but if you find yourself in Bisbee and not falling in love with the place, I'd love to hear your story, for you must be Maleficent.
