We were so pleased with our site. We have a 41’ Class A with a toad. We didn’t have to unhook because the site was so big. We didn’t have to unhook because the site was so big. They have a very nice recreation building with restrooms and a huge shower that is free. There are pool tables, washer and dryers, a dart board, coffee station AND the building is pet friendly with a couch specifically for the dogs. There are 3 miles of nature trailsWe loved the 360 degree views.Bisbee is only 6 miles away and Tombstone is 18 miles away. Sierra Vista is about 30 miles away and has everything you need (grocery stores, Lowes, Home Depot, etc). Just about 2 miles down the road is a fantastic bar called The Thirsty Lizard. Lots of entertainment, specialty drinks and the food is not your typical bar food. We loved it here and the owners are very nice.We would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing about the grounds is that there are a ton of little thorny burrs on any of the grassy areas. They stick to your shoes and get stuck in your dogs paws so just be aware. Both AT&T and Verizon have fair service. I was able to do some work while we were there.

Great hosts, shower were nice and clean so were the bathrooms, laundry you can’t beat the price ????, pool table, games, a library , DVD movies, 2 big screen T.V’s, pet friendly, full hook ups or partial hook ups, they have little cabin you can rent as well as RV’s. It’s close to the main road but it’s very quiet. they even have a happy hour. It’s perfectly located Bisbee is no more the 10 minutes away it’s a must see and tombstone is a 30-35 minute drive away and also close to Sierra vista. We miss them already. Thanks guys for a great stay...

The hosts were very pleasant on the phone when I called to ask about availability. They had dry camping available (inc. electric) with access to water and dump, so it was a great deal. Nice big rec hall next to the two cabins with bath/shower, pool tables, washer/dryer, grill, social area, nature trail, etc. It rained all day (roads got a bit sloppy) but the views of the clouds and mountains were terrific. Just 15 minutes from Bisbee and the Whitewater Draw Wildlife Area. 4 bars each of T-Mobile and AT&T - T-Mobile phone showed 22 Mbsp down and 14 Mbps up.
