Access to the Park is through the driveway and the Park is behind the Union 76 gas station. Spaces were extremely tight. The pool area was nice and the laundry was good. Lots of machines. Bath house was worn down and in need of some repairs. Lots of hot water though. Park is on the north end of town near a state park. Gotta drive into town for supplies. Lake Havasu is not a very bike friendly town so beware of trying to get around on bikes. No WiFi, but good cell service.

Service is good, the monthly stay is much less expensive . It’s better to stay the month than two weeks. The difference is you pay the electric bill separately.

This is a high-alert-day-and-age when the rest of us have to be wary of disgruntled employees who cross the line by behaving verbally abusive and harassing. Unprovoked threats like: “In the future don’t you dare show up and expect me to make room for you..." (even though we had a text message from another employee confirming availability), and if we didn't like it, “Pack it up and hit the road - go on - hit the road!” are unforgivable. Based on past 1-star reviews, this mistreatment of guests has been ongoing and escalating. So dear owners... on behalf of all your paying customers, your employee's aggressive and inappropriate behavior should not ever be OUR problem. And, until you have made your RV park a safe, enjoyable and friendly place to stay we'll be skipping the high dose of hostility and spending our money with your competition. Haven’t you heard? Zero-tolerance for bullies!

From reading some of the other reviews I see things much better then some. Main thing is out west private campgrounds are always tight on spacing. Finding ones that are not is a treasured place. Staff very accommodating and ready to help. Bathrooms fair. The 2 showers have low pressure and drip all the time. Sinks need a space to sit things and a cleaning around the edges. Laundry very small. Pool area looked inviting. Hot tub was always busy even with air temp.less then 50 degrees. Everyone staying here are very friendly and give a wave and smile as you walk by. . Only saw a few smoking outside. If your not happy with your space they are more then willing to help you out. Views can only be seen from very few places. A few public areas where you can watch beautiful sunsets over the lake. It has industrial buildings all around. The campground sits up high the buildings all around the campground obstruct views somewhat. Very quiet at night. Very cramped spaces makes me very happy I don't have slides. Place very busy lucky to get a space without a reservation. VERIZON reception 3 and 4 bars. If you want internet in your RV it's $15 a week extra. I just used my phone. Pets welcomed.

We have a very small slide on our camper (18” deep). Sites are so tight that we only had about 6” of space between our slide and the neighbor’s slide. Many heavy smoking full-time residents. Couldn’t open our windows because the smoke would pour into our unit. Place says dog friendly but it really is more “dog tolerable”. Only a very small (maybe 7x10’) caged area where dogs are allowed. Smelled so strongly of urine when it rained that I gagged walking by it with my dogs. No views of the lake at any site. The website is deceiving. Would not stay here again.

It was close enough to London Bridge (2mi) that we could walk down there and back. Easy access into the park, drive through sites. Pool and laundry were good and we made use of them. We used Passport America to get 22$ + taxes + 3$ for 50A (forced on us based on RV size not need) per night.

No hot water in the shower - not even lukewarm. WiFi in clubhouse only but the Clubhouse could only seat 8 people so you had to find a time when it was clear. NOT dog friendly - the dog run was worse than the shelter kennel where I got my dog. We had to climb down to a rocky wash below and we drove to a dog park every day. Got to observe the office staff when I used the wifi daily. There were worse than some junior hs kids - whining about there personal problems and when they got off the phone they usually had something nasty to say about the prospective renter. Lake Havasu is pricey as a tourist area - if you are into water activities.

When we arrived we were able to get a space since the season was just beginning, and after that we lucked into spaces here and there as other people's plans changed. We offered to bounce around since we are in a Class B van and they thankfully accommodated us - but I highly recommend making reservations if you plan to stay in the winter!Public Restrooms - We didn't useLaundry Room - Clean, everything worked. We almost never had to wait for machines, they seem to have just enough for the residents.Pool & Hot Tub - We didn't use, though as Spring came about, others seemed happy with the accommodations.Trash/Dumpsters - Easy access to Dumpsters at one end or the other of the park. There is a small gated dog area you can use to let your dog off leash (it's really tiny), and there is a trash can there as well. Are the Lots Level? Some are, some aren't. We were in a variety of spots throughout the season and some are better than others. How much SPACE between lots? The lots are VERY close together. We do not have any slides so it wasn't too much of an issue for us. If you have slides and your neighbor has slides - they may be inches apart from each other. The premium lots have a bit more elbow room.Walkability - Every day we walked our dog in the park, then left the park and walked down to the water. Not much in the way of shops, but you can enjoy a nice walk in several different directions (city one way, water and State Park another). After being in many parks with NOTHING outside the entrance to the park, this was really cool.Ground Maintenance - The folks did a great job keeping the park clean. Occasionally there was broken glass near the dumpster, but other than that, it was well kept.Internet - I did not note level of bars for AT&T and Verizon while there, but we were able to use both services there without an issue. I will select 3 bars for the review because we had at least that.Other related items - Lake Havasu is a really neat place to spend the winter. If you have a dog, be sure to check out the Lions Dog Park, it is an excellent dog park that is huge and well kept.We will be back for next winter!
