If you have a pet, try to buy some booties before you go because the roads are asphalt and the walkways are gravel, so very hot on their paws! Good wi-fi and satellite. Very friendly staff. Our awning broke in the out position the day before we were supposed to leave and couldn't get a repairman for 2 days, but they were very accommodating and we were able to stay in the same space. Warning: not sure why, but the water is "very" hot! Taking a shower was hard, even when you had it completely on cold. Location is great with close access to the lake and shopping.

Was very disappointed to find out that they are only allowing two people to stay because of COVID. Even though we have young children, we weren’t allowed to stay.

  • Super clean, friendly and accommodating to overnighters

I’m so glad it all worked out the way it did! It’s way nicer. Right on the highway although I didn’t even notice road noise. A couple miles from London Bridge. We pulled in at night, grabbed an envelope for available sites and paid the next morning. They were friendly and even let us do late checkout so we could get some laundry done. The facilities were very clean. We enjoyed the AC and used the laundry. Laundry was relatively affordable compared to other places. I think it was something like $2.50 for wash and dry. We had a little trouble with getting our slideout in the right place since the power box is right in the middle of the spot and our trailers slideout is right in the middle as well. But we worked it out. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing special but was easy to access, good location and clean.

Our spot was near the restrooms/clubhouse. Spouse used the shower facilities and mentioned the water was not very hot. They did have a nice clubhouse with an exercise room. The swimming pool was open, but we did not use. Also, the only place to dump our trash was at the dumpster as we exited the park. This rv park no longer accepts the Passport America discount. Clerk told me they were under new management. No cable TV available. Plenty of over the air channels. It was quiet at night - did not hear any road noise. If traveling to Lake Havasu City I would recommend traveling from the north (I-40). We came up from I-10 (very windy roads/2 lane most of the trip). Easier to access from the north plus there is a Pilot Travel Center on I-40/AZ 95 highway.
