Seems to be a lot of folks working and then some retirees that are up from the valley for the summer. There were only 2 sites that seemed to turn over during the week we were there. It is changing ownership 10/26/20. It was inexpensive $20 a night, $100 a week or $300 a month. Has a laundry facilities...half the washers and dryers were out of order.

We stayed here several different times over a month. While having Solar put on our RV while we were Boondocking we needed a place to get water dump and do laundry. Nice quiet place fairly clean. A lot of full-time residence with dogs not on leashes that’s why I gave it four stars and not 5.
