This place is brand new and some parts are still under construction. Eventually this rv park will be connected to a brewery and a winery. It’s located on Wine Road (290) and within minutes of downtown Fredericksburg and lots of great wineries. Right now, everything is booked online and check in is online. The map shows an office, but there isnt one yet. We checked in online and set up at our campsite on checkin day. the next day found a bag of checkin materials (park pass, map, etc) on the windshield of the truck. sites are really long with water, electric, sewer and fast wifi. There is artificial turf for each site which makes a good dirt free area to set up chairs and tables. Not a lot of trees for shade, but we were there during a cool weekend so it wasnt a big deal. they have planted trees but it will be a while before maturity. the only negative i have to say is it took us a bit to find the water spout. they are actually located in a black plastic box in the ground. remove the cover and you’ll see it. but if you have big hands, it may be a challenge hooking up.
