Friendly and helpful owners that live right on site. It has a cozy clubhouse to hang out in while your clothes wash and dry. The entire site is clean and well maintained. It has an out in the country feel without being too far from the activities. It’s like staying at a boutique hotel without the boutique hotel prices. Full hook ups, clean showers, laundry facilities and WiFi. Oh, and you wouldn’t be in Roswell without a couple of quirky Aliens hanging around. Can you find them?

Lee was an excellent host. She accommodated us, on short notice, arriving two days early. The office is right at the entrance and it houses the laundry facility and bathrooms with showers. Everything was extremely clean. The laundry cost was very reasonable. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

There are only about a dozen spots with #11 being the best. Most sites are back in but there are a couple pull thru. We paid $30 a night which includes full hookups, good wifi and cable. The campground is dog friendly and has a path leading from the park to a  quiet (no traffic) country road. The laundry consisted of a very good washer and dryer at $1.50 a load. You can exchange books, movies, and purchase soft drinks, ice cream and ice in the community room. It is centrally located to NM Bottomless Lakes State Park and all there is to see in Roswell. Highway 380 is noisy during the day but quiets down after rush hour. Lee, the host and owner, was very friendly and helpful. Give her a call. I recommend this park.

Owner met us, helped us get parked, and shared places to go such as the museum, the virtual experience and the bakery. Super friendly and nice. When we were ready to leave, Owner helped us navigate out the gate. Lovely experience! If we are passing through Roswell again, we will definitely stay here.

Passing through on our way to Yellowstone, very clean with enough space to open slide out. Water, electricity and sewer are all in one area which makes it easy to get situated. Quiet and comfortable, no reason not to stop by.

The great part was the fence was actually a gate, we had pulled in one entrance drove into our spot in front of the gate and parked, did not even have to unhook. Next morning she opened the gate and we drove thru. Pretty neat set up but only two or three sites are like that rest are back in. Not sure about getting a 45' in there kinda small area. No membership affiliations but she gave me either a senior discount or veterans discount not sure which but it was nice!!

Trucks go by on Hwy 380 all night, but traffic noise isn’t constant.

The lady that owns the place is super nice. The park is small - I think there's maybe a dozen sites. It's not super roomy either. There's a couple spots that are just big enough for a large class A or 5'er, but most sites fit smaller trailers better. Our site was level and had a nice patch of grass and a tree right outside our door. Picnic table near the back. FHU worked perfectly. The "barn" is a large building with the office, TV area, honor system snacks and drinks, laundry, and two bathrooms. The bathrooms were SO CUTE! There's a men's and a women's. Each is a large, private room just for you with toilet, sink, and shower. In the women's there was even a nice vanity and mirror. It was so clean and nicely decorated. I honestly felt like I was using someone's bathroom in their home. The laundry machines looked pretty new and were the nice front loading types. There are farms all around this park. The large field behind us was planted with clover for the winter. You could walk your dog on the dirt road that ran along it which was nice. I didn't see any livestock farms in view but there's definitely the farmy stink around. Inside it was a non-issue but if you're sensitive to the smell just be aware you'll likely encounter it here.Overall, great small park and was perfect for our overnight. Easy in and easy out.

I lived at the Red Barn for three happy years. It's small, quiet, clean, and generally very, very well managed. The community building has showers, washer/dryer, a lounge with TV, and a snack shop. Sites are either sunny or partly shady. Wi-fi/internet is free. Cable is included in the rental. I recommend this RV park very highly.

The wifi was excellent. The laundry worked great - only a dollar per use of the washer and dryer which was nice. Lee (owner) was very helpful in helping us plan out our touring around Roswell - excellent museums once you knock the UFO/Alien museum out of the way. She had great recs on restaurants too. They plan to update the bathroom/laundry areas in the next few months...the park was off the main road, but noise was not a problem at all.
