Got there after hours and John still met us as we pulled in. Did not hook up utilities other than electricity since we were only staying one night, so we used their bathroom facilities which were VERY clean and private. A quaint little park. Thank you John, for your hospitality.

So thankful they helped us with our veterinary needs. Nice campground. Pretty level. Easy in and out. Nice grounds and ‘Aliens.’

Very clean, well organized campground. Staff were very friendly. They run a UFO souvenir and camping supply store that is very well stocked. Definitely will stay here again when we're in the area.

Nice overnight spot to stay for a late afternoon Roswell site seeing stop. Super helpful and friendly staff. Showers and laundry. Large pull through spots with full hookups. Eat at Backdraft BBQ in town if you get the chance. Yum!

  • Very comfortable. Quiet location with friendly and helpful management

Bathrooms were clean and well maintained and the laundry clean and in good condition. Convenient to downtown and shopping areas. Sites are spacious and well maintained. The only thing that resulted in deducting a star is the entire park is gravel, which creates a lot of dust when it is dry. This is probably typical for a semi-arid region.

Clean, well maintained and easily accessible. It’s a good one night spot. Transport this campground to a place like monument valley I would rate it 4 stars. Folks here were very nice. So my rating of 3 is based on Roswell more so than the campground. There is a working yard on the other side of the fence which is noisy during the day but nothing for evening and night.

I actually wished we could a stayed another night but had to to stick to travel plans. The staff was great. The campground is so clean! The space in-between sites is limited but didn't feel like you were on top of each other because of the placement. I loved the vibes here.

If you are looking for a place to stay to see Roswell, This is so conveniently located to downtown that you could just as easily hike or ride a bike as drive. Nice laundry room, as of 03/2021 $2 for washer, $1.50 for dryer. That said, the reason we didn't give it that last star was for a few small issues. As mentioned in previous reviews, there is almost no place for pets to run. Most, as in 99%, of the park is gravel. It keeps it clean and nice looking, but also a little sterile. If you are going to use the pull through spots, the septic access is on top of a curb. Even with the jacks down I couldn't get a proper slope for the poop-chute unless I had left my wet bay open (the back in spots dont have curbs, so not an issue). Gift shop has pretty good stuff though, some locally made metal work and non-branded alien swag (most of the shops in Roswell have alien swag, but then have the store name on it as well). Overall, the location to downtown is the shining star for this park. 3 bars of 5G T-mobile

We didn't hear any race track sounds like a previous reviewer stated. The place was very quiet and low key. I did hear a few loud booms in the distance like fireworks later in the evening. There are small areas on the periphery that have grass for pets. Overall great experience and we'd stay there again.

There was some noise from the race track behind the park. Not real pet friendly. Could have used a place for dogs to do their business instead of on gravel.

Erin and Deb are great folks. They were so helpful and friendly. We felt much better about staying here to see the sites in Roswell than out at Bottomless Lake State Park. Laundry was really nice, bathrooms and showers were very clean. We would stay here again when coming through Roswell. We used our Weboost and had 4 bars of ATT service.

My second stay here. Clean. Good hookups. Helpful folks. Even though close to highway was quiet. The wind was the wrong direction and the whole town smelled like a feedlot. By morning wind had changed and it was fine.
