Very small RV lot (maybe 8 spots total, 2 of which appear to be taken by someone living there full time) with minimal amenities. Water, power, sewer and trash is available but no restroom/shower facilities. The spots are extremely hard to get into and I wouldn't consider this big rig friendly at all. We had a 30' travel trailer and had to pull out on to the main two lane highway in order to back into our site. Thankfully two of the other sites were vacant, otherwise I'm not sure how we would have fit into our site. Also, it's a sandy lot so be prepared for a lot of dirt and be careful to not get stuck in the soft sand. We did like the proximity of water access and the availability of boat/trailer parking, however there were not enough boat slips for all guests. The staff was great and they are making upgrades to the property, so it sounds like next year it will be a much better experience.Pros:-Good rate-Friendly and accommodating staff-Water accessCons:-No bathrooms/showers-Sandy sites (we had lots of rain so it made for a pretty muddy experience)-Small RV lot/bad accessibility
