Booked a spot here over the New Years weekend as we travel through Florida. This is a small (15 back-in fhu spots) family owned rv park. You book by phone only. The owner was very friendly. The town of Steinhatchee was much nicer than Perry (a bit sketchy) where we stayed at the KOA. Only complaints would be to upgrade the wi-fi but bad wi-fi is common at rv parks.

Nice and clean camp site. Very quiet. Plenty of parking as we brought or boat as well to do some scalloping. Owners were very friendly. Very large common area with pool and grills. Only down fall would be the WiFi was very poor even up by the club house. Not a big issue for me but it’s nice to have when your kids get bored and your ready to relax.
