We visited in February and the spots closest to the camp office had heated water spigots, but we wanted to be away from neighbors so we chose a spot way out in the boonies + opted to fill our fresh tank instead. Our son loved the playground + putting green. The dog park is so nice and our pups were thrilled to run free there every morning. The laundry was all functioning and very clean. There is even a salon! Very nice place.
Love this Park!

We were blown away by this place. The spots are well spaced, all long pull through spaces. Full hookups and 2 dog parks. The views were great all around the park. (Marie did a great job on my hair) The internet service was great for Verizon and T-mobile. We had no issues working. The prices were really reasonable. The laundry facilities were clean and well maintained. This is one of the best RV parks we have been to and we will be returning!

The Verizon service was not great here as sometimes it worked great or not at all forget streaming here another great Verizon ripoff. IMHO. The sites are level and spaced well. There is some traffic noise from the road. The views are nice.

The bathrooms are private and kept clean. I love coming here in the spring or fall before it gets too hot, but many people stay all summer. Lots of sightseeing, hiking and mountain biking. The park has a small putting green, pickle ball, propane grills situated in green spaces for campers, bar with happy hours, and other activities.
Clean and well maintained.

Friendly owners. I got here after hours when they happened to be stopping by. The sites are on gravel and there appears to be a lot of long-termers here. They don’t have cable. Some of the bigger rigs have satellite on the roof. Location is next to a building supplies business. Close access to Cortez and Mesa Verde park.
Well maintained, friendly owner/operators, good community feel

Great full hookup site. It’s very popular with the long term seasonal crowd. Immaculate first class facilities. Great kid play area, putting green, happy hour. Slight road noise. Very few trees (planted just small) and limited scenery.
New Modern top notch facility with lots of recreation

This is a new facility top to bottom that is well thought out in it's design. Everything is new and the sites are oversized with concrete pads and grass. Paved park roads. Pickleball courts, horseshoe, putting green, kids playground, dog park, large ramadas for gatherings around fire pits and a spectacular lodge with fireplace and bar. Laundry etc. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating.
Our kind of park and only two years old!

It has all the potential of a five star resort. The roads are very wide and paved, sites are long and gravel with a concrete patio and grass lawns. There are 17 pull through sites. The rest of the sites are back in. The sites are extra wide giving you lots of your own space. The office contains a beautiful lounge with a fireplace and large TV and pool table for Happy Hour. There is are three patios, one with a pergola and fire pit, one covered, and one open which are all out behind the office. They have four pickleball courts, a bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, putting green, and playground. There is a special fenced in "Bark" Park. At the present time there are three very nice cabins. There is also a full service salon/spa attached to the office. During the prime season there is music on the patio. The WiFi was very good but we were there near the end of the season and the park only had a few people. There is also free Dish Network. We were just around the corner from Mesa Verde VC. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. The park needs a larger more visible sign. They share an entrance with the lumber yard and the park sign is off the road and low. Make sure you know where the park is located so you don't drive by. We were concerned about noise with the lumber yard right there but we never heard them.
