This rate is based on $360/month which is the actual rate we paid. That doesn’t tinclude electric, which came out to $185 for us.Although cell service was poor, with a booster it was good enough to stream some shows and certainly good enough to work. Sites are gravel and level. They have plenty of trees (very important to us) - way more than other nearby parks. You’re close to the highway, but the traffic noise isn’t constant and there’s very little traffic over night. Bathrooms are clean and maintained, but while we were here someone decided they needed to smoke in the bathroom which makes everything smell like an ashtray. There are a bunch of folks who appear to live here, and when we stayed here there were quite a few pipeline workers. We like these kind of parks as long as they are well maintained - and this one is.
