Grabbed a site last minute on a spring weekend with our Passport America (50% off nightly rate). Only 3 miles from historic Mineral Wells. Park is on a busy road that mostly quiets down in the overnight hours.Most sites are permanent residents who are quiet and friendly with pull-thru FHU sites mixed in for travelers. There are also cabins throughout the park. 2 small washers and 2 dryers on-site that worked well. We did not use the showers/bathrooms. Friendly manager lives on-site. Our site had sufficient space so we didn’t feel crowded but also small pieces of plastic trash scattered around and painful stickers. Verizon worked okay (slow at times), park WiFi worked well.
