This was a very good stay for us with good cell coverage and good wifi. Not far from Zion east gate. Management was great! Stayed here in late-April earlier this year for a week. Probably would be better for a night or two. Easy check-in via a package on the outside of the office door. It's a very small place, budded up to some farmland. Generally quiet. Full hookups. Pull through. Well worth the price. They have laundry on-site. Gas station minutes away. Things to note:- a slight low-river odor on occasion. But, it wasn't the end of the world. - location is on a main road.- close / somewhat tight spots- all rock/large gravel so the dogs aren't all that happy with no grass.

This is a simple campground / motel with (I think) 12 sites F/H. It is right on extremely busy Highway 89. We never saw anyone who worked here. Our check-in paperwork was in a box outside office. Our check-in paperwork was in a box outside office. This is not fancy in any way. I never went into the bathhouse so I don't know about that. Very noisy all the time. We would not stay here again because of the extreme noise but it is close to Zion if you need a place. We had great dish satellite and Verizon cell and internet.

We called a week beforehand and they had openings for July 4th weekend. There are 10 sites total and I think most are 30 amp but we scored a 50 amp pull thru. Make sure that if you are coming from Bryce Canyon that you look for the “RV enter here” sign... we pulled in too early next to the office and had to double back around to get to our site. It was a little tight for our 37’ fifth wheel, but we got all the slides out without issues. A little bit of shade, gravel lots with dog poop around them. WiFi was adequate to stream movies. Office lady was friendly. No issues. Right off the road but it’s only a two lane road so it was pretty quiet at night. We ate at Thunderbird’s which is a 2 min drive away and loved the apple pie!

Clean restrooms, quiet despite closeness to the highway. Rt. 89 is not a high traffic route because it closely parallels I-15. Decent wifi. We used this space to visit Bryce. A day trip to Bryce was pretty easy from here. Full hookups are oddly spaced at some sites; that is: water or power may be 15 feet from the sewer. It's run by pleasant staff. Ask to pick your site to be sure you can easily hook up. Good shade at all sites. All the sites are pull through.
