Book 6 months in advance told them size then they stick you in smallest sight and tell you you have to move in a couple of days very in organizedNot big rig friendly and defiantly not ATV FriendlyBetter campgrounds just down the road 5 milesAlso lots of stray hungry cats hanging around the dumpster

We made reservations for 3 weeks here a long time in advance. The person I spoke to, Jerron, was super responsive and helpful. The WiFi here is blazing fast. It’s a simple place in a quiet highway. The person I spoke to, Jerron, was super responsive and helpful. The WiFi here is blazing fast. It’s a simple place in a quiet highway. I would give this place 5 stars although I do have to share that there are a bunch of sticker burrs. If you do t spend a bunch of time outside then who cares. We have two kids and a three legged dog. So that was tough for us. The care we received in handling a resolution was above and beyond. I cannot say enough about that!!

Best WiFi we have had. So nice to do a little catch up on Netflix! Seven sites here. Easy pull thrus and all new hook ups. Did not check out bath house but all seems new. On the side of 89 so some traffic noise but calms down at night. Beautiful backdrop cliff. Shipping container Airbnb’s share the property. Full hook ups. Great lo...moreBest WiFi we have had. Great campground right off the 89. Perfect staging point to explore Bryce, Zion, Coral Pink Sand Dunes etc... a bit of road noise but great other than that.
