The people who own this park and their manager could not be nicer and the place is neat as a pin. Ideal in location if you are a birder and headed to Bentsen State Park. Easy in and easy out gated park. The WIFI is pretty dodgy. Serious problem for this otherwise terrific park with a pool and spotless laundry, etc. I don't think many residents work, so maybe WIFI is less of a problem for them.
