Well kept RV park caters to winter snowbirds with activities and social calendar. It’s within walking distance to Bentsen Rio Grande Village State Park and great for birders. We stayed 2 nights to enjoy birding snd sightseeing. Laundry on site, plus pool, hot tub, and more.

What’s not to like. Palm trees, a small citrus grove, swimming pool, club house activities, onsite laundry and a propane truck that comes to you twice a week. Our rate included a Good Sams 10% discount. Each site has a concrete pad and full hook-ups. There is WiFi but not the fastest. There is grass and plants between each site but it is an RV park. Neighbors are close but friendly. There is a small state park and butterfly sanctuary nearby. Went to the state park - supposed to be great for birding. This is definitely a park to unwind. There are numerous activities from frozen margaritas to kayaking.
