We stayed here due to the close locality to family. The park is extremely clean. A large number of long-term residents but it was clear that the owner is selective who stays here. The roads are paved & wide, sites are gravel and a little narrow with grass in between. Some sites are extremely wooded but ours was open with smaller trees. Power, water & sewer were excellent and well located. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. We will stay here again. We camped at Lake Dallas RV Park in a Motorhome.
