They have about 100 site. 1/2 are parking lot style, though they are working on the aesthetics...creating ponds & walking paths. 1/2 are tucked into the trees & over looking ponds. They are still expanding. We picked this location because it was a central jumping off spot for San Antonio, Canyon Lake & Fredericksburg. Bathrooms & Laundry was nice, new & heated though the husband said the shower could be hotter. If you are in a popup, you might want to make sure your spot is closer to the bathroom. During the week there was lots of noise going on before 8, but my guess is that maybe it’ll subside once they are done expanding the park. Site was nice and level. Wifi good enough to stream TV
