Owner kept on top of everything, caretaker fixed any issues immediately. Clean, secure. No bath house, no laundry house. Excellent WiFi, excellent phone reception. Each lot has it’s own mail box. All paved roads. Fenced in. Noise was high do to interstate, sounded like a race track. That was the only draw back.
