This park is conveniently located within 8 miles of downtown Austin as well as 8 miles from Dell Diamond! I love it and will definitely be coming back! With the new management, they have added fencing around the entire park as well as a gated entrance.

A very well maintained community. Many of the sites are occupied by longer-term campers and it is nice and friendly. Two things to note;1) it is in and amongst a very unsavory neighborhood. Do not let that deter you because the park is contained by a high security gate/fence. Not a ‘razor fence’, but a nicely stained/painted wood fence (8’ high, or more). The surrounding roadways (I-35, Toll Road 45, and highway 1325) provide a constant drone of noise. The Toll Road is elevated, so the sound from that carries well (barely 200 yards away)Nonetheless, a really, really nice camp/park. There is NOT a host onsite, and they respond to emails/calls during normal business hours and have an emergency number posted, too.WiFiTwo channels available;2.4g ran at 12-14mbps5g ran at 49-67mbpsNote: we were at the camp the first week of Sept 2020 for 8-days. I tested it several times.
