It's a nice quite park full of mostly extend stays. Nice owners with a super sweet lab, level sites, and the open field is nice to play ball with your dog. Clean bathroom and laundry. Close enough to town that AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile all have strong signal. No cable but our antenna picked up the local channels. Only negatives is it seems to have a lot of rules. Make sure you always drive 7mph or less in the park or you'll be chased down. Happened to me once and saw it happen to quite a few others. The only signs are at the very front of the entrance that say the speed limit so if your looking anywhere else when you come in (like trying to figure out where to go or where the office is) you'll miss them. Also, do not pull up on the edge of the grass, there's no signs saying not to but they don't want you to, saw a lady get told while walking my dog. No online booking. If you want quiet and not much interaction with neighbors this is good place.
