Dropped in for a visit. I lived in this park April 2016 to hurricane Harvey 2017. They have added a few spaces since then. Still a real nice smaller park. Well run and maintained with paved streets and pads. good connections for all of the utilities. Staff keeps a close eye on things and they are friendly. Paid a weekly rate for the space of $200 and asked about a monthly rate I think it was $425. The beach is not far away, there is coin op laundry on site.

Our rate reflects a week's stay. Nightly rate is $45.We showed up in this area without a reservation, and were surprised that most of the parks had no vacancy. Finally got a space here, and have found it to be quite a nice little park, slightly off the beaten path but close to amenities. Bathrooms are clean, people are friendly, and the whole place is very well run. Sites are close together (dinged a star for that), but level and plenty of space for a tow vehicle. There are quite a few full timers here who crank up their diesel trucks early in the morning on their way to work (another ding), but it's quiet the rest of the time. It's an easy day trip to Corpus Christi and Padre Island National Seashore, and Port Aransas is a short ferry ride away. WiFi is OK, but not great. Would definitely stay here again.
