It was very difficult to get our 35 foot travel trailer into the site that was assigned to us! If we were not experienced with camping and my husband was not as proficient with maneuvering the trailer there would haven been no way we would have gotten it into the site. Our family also had a very hard time and had to have the campers across from them move their vehicles to get their trailer into their site! We were meeting our family and wanted sites that were adjoining and when we called we were told the sites were very close and would not be an issue. We were on site H12 and they were on site H10, our site had a drop off between theirs so we had to walk on the road to go between sites. We asked for a 30 amp site and when we arrive it only had 50 amp so we had to purchase a converter. Pool was cloudy. Lake Ponderosa was more of a pond. The docks were dangerous! They were unsteady and you could easily fall in. Mini golf was $2.00 a person and the course was in not well maintained. Camp store was fine. Arcade was good for the kids. Was hard for kids to ride bikes because of the steep terrain. Friendly staff. Comfort facility was clean and nice. Trash was not picked up and trash was left in the fire pit when we arrived.
