This campground isn't that accessible from the highways and had close calls on the blind stop on an intersection on the way to this CG. This is a really laid back CG with a sweet couple running it. We had our selection of sites and opted for site #1 due to its proximity to the amenities and open scenic views. There's a store located in the office and it was mostly based on the honor system. The grounds and grass were well kept including the playground. The pool is above ground and didn't use it. We did use the mini-golf. Maybe it was in the process of being repaired, though there were no signs. There were hazards for young children but nothing I couldn't advice my kids to avoid. My girls still had a great time. Since site 1 didn't have a visible sewer connection, we opted to use the dump site and had a hard time locating it since it wasn't clearly labeled. We then tried to use the sewer hookups at one of the available sites and that was not easy to do as well. We departed with a bit of frustration. Yes, we would stay here again for the views, the serene setting, and to converse with the sweet proprietors.
