First, it’s a nice camp ground. Sat for a 90 minute talk and got a $50 amazon gift card and two nights stay with my camper. They offer anyone a few free nights to check it out. They are part of the Coast To Coast network and Good Sam.Pool was amazing.Mini golf was a blast. Each camp site had a picnic table and a fire pit.NO FULL HOOKUPS.30 amp powerRV Storage for members included with membershipWater hookupDump stationCable TV hookups“Free” camping for 14 days and then you must take 7 days off.ConsInternet was broken my entire Thursday - Saturday stay. Pool was closed the first day even though there were blue skiesGeneral store was closedAdult camp house was open with a pool table but nothing to purchase and no one in itFire pit had not been dug outWater fauscette had a broken handle Make sure you have a 50 foot fresh water hose and an extension cord for your 30 amp cord is probably needed.Yearly maintenance fee required along with a very expensive buy in.If you enjoy camping at the same place all the time. If you want to stay at any coast to coast location for $10 a night. If you camp more than 30-60 days a year, this might be worth it to you.The owners are very nice. Presentation was well done and if you are weak at saying “no” and you already know you don’t want to buy into the timeshare don’t show up. You’ll spend thousands and then regret it.Also, when I think resort I don’t think of this place. This is just a nice campground, but not a resort.
