We called for 5 nights and Betty answered the phone. She is 95 and has owned the campground 52 years. She had a stroke last year which has slowed her down a little. She had her son Dan call us back and he was able to get us on the site for the first 2 nights and last 2 nights, but on the 3rd night was full. I asked if we could boondock close by. He thought for a minute and told us he would be able to accommodate us. On the third night he let us boondock in his parking lot behind Betty’s house. We had power and water but no dump station on the 3rd night. Not a big deal, we will dump when we get back to the site on day 4. This place is right off the turnpike and you can hear the big trucks but the scenery and ABOVE EXCELLENT owner customer service is worth the little bit of noise. Best park we’ve stayed at EVER! We will definitely be back and we highly recommend trying this place.

We stayed here with a group and had plenty of space in the grassed tent area. There was a fire ring per site and we felt very private. The swimming pool was great. The amenities are Basic but functional. Not a busy campground, only one other tent the weekend we were there. A number of permanent Trailers. Close to the highway so expect some noise.
