All of the facilities were clean and well maintained. We felt at home here.

I will say the bathrooms were immaculate and the grounds were clean and well maintained. However, the management left a lot to be desired. I booked the reservation by phone and there were no electric spots available so I booked a dry camp spot for 3 days, but was told to keep checking back for a possible cancellation. I did indeed call back and spoke to the daughter the day prior to arrival. I explained that I had booked a dry camp spot because no electric spots we’re available and was just calling to see if there was a cancellation, she looked and said yes, and was in the process of taking care of it when customers seemed to have walked in to the office and she assured me she would make the changes and that I could pay the difference in price upon arrival. When I arrived, I verified that indeed an electric spot was indeed booked for me, the daughter said, “yep it’s booked” proceeded to check me in and gave me a map to space 13. I parked, unhitched and was having dinner when a man in an RV approached me and said you’re in my spot you dumb (“B” Word).after I explained the reservation deal he said, “fine I’ll take it up with the office”. A few minutes later the Male manager came to my spot and said you’re in the wrong spot and need to move. I sowed him my paperwork and explained the reservation deal and he said I was supposed to be in dry camp area but he would ask his daughter what was going on, and added “she’s always confused”. He asked me to go up to office to talk to his wife and when I got there, she wasn’t there but the daughter was. After rehashing our prior conversations, she agreed she remembered telling me to go to site 13 electric and “would fix this somehow “. After walking out and walking by husband and wife, they asked if she fixed it. I explained she said she would ... longer story short the issue couldn’t be resolved, as they overbooked themselves on electric sites and I ended up staying 1 night instead of 3 and had to wait 5 days for my refund. The most annoying thing was I never received an apology not only for their mistakes and unprofessional behavior, not for the way they allowed the other guest to yell profanity at me. However they did apologize profoundly and multiple times to that gentleman. The other HUGE issue I had was that NONE of the managers were wearing face coverings in their very small very crowded office and also were not follow the 6’ space guidelines set by the state. When I asked the male manager to please put on a mask as I have Lupus, he replied “ we don’t believe in that BS we have all this fresh air here”. I DO NOT recommend this campground to anyone. These people do not deserve your business.WiFi signal did not reach my siteDogs next to me continually barked

Would definitely recommend this RV park if you’re visiting seaside or cannon beach. It’s $36/nt to dry camp (w/good Sam) and $60 for full hookups. It’s one of the cheapest parks in the area. The dry camp is the big open field to the left and it’s a gravel road but easy to drive on and the sites are flat. Great for solar as well. There is river access at the back of the park. Basically just nice enough for the dog to get and swim. The bathrooms are really nice and clean and free hot showers! Laundry is $2 for a small wash load and $1.50 to dry. They have potable water for dry camping but to dump and refill is $15 currently so we passed.

  • Highly recommended.

Clean, well maintained, smooth paved roads, level paved sites. Roomy grassy sites with no dirt, which makes for a clean-no-blowing-dust camping experience. Grass kept nicely mowed. Location is perfect for Cannon Beach and Seaside and quick access to Rt 26 for Portland access. Easy drive to Astoria and Fort Stevens. On weekends the Seaside trolley offers rides into town and makes a turnaround loop through the park. They have bikes available for use during your visit, a very nice perk. Owners are the nicest couple and very eager to accommodate. Very quiet peaceful setting and a cherry stand nearby in season. Nightly rate above was Good Sam and included taxes for 40’ with tow. Very efficient checkin.

Stayed here in mid-August during the week (Wed-Sat). Easy check-in, great staff, sites are spaced nicely apart with grass and trees. We had an end site that gave us more room with full hook-up site but cable did not work although it was advertised (hence the 4 star review). We were able to pull a few channels in over our antenna. Wifi worked off-on. Campground also has "grass" sites with no hook-ups in a large field that filled up on Friday for the weekend at a much lower rate. Bathrooms and laundry facilities (which we used) were clean and in good working order.Close to Cannon Beach/Haystack Rock and Seaside although traffic gets very heavy on 101 going into Seaside. We would stay here again (our rate includes GS discount).Only complaint, which is no fault of campground, is on the only sunny day a helicopter tour circles around the area A LOT throughout the day so got a little annoying trying to enjoy a relaxing day with the helicopter noise.
