Overall good park. Would stay again; sites are fairly small with only a grass plot and campfire ring. AT&T service was not usable for me; and wifi, in site 22, was slow/limited but i was able to get an okay connection with my laptop.

  • Very clean & convenient location!

A beautiful setting and great access to Cannon Beach! Clean landscaping, bathrooms and main store/office. We walked into downtown several times and it was lovely!

  • Nice and clean park, out of the way for visiting Astoria and surround. Space was tight and a bit muddy.

They described as "Large, 50 amp site" but the only true statement was "50 amp". PERIOD. Trees on BOTH sides of the site leaned inwards toward center of site so extended slides were very near the trees. Unable to extend awining due to trees. Tow car had to be parked at a 90 degree angle to front of coach to keep it out of the roadway. Despite the weather challenges this would have been a much nicer stay had we received an adequate site for the size of our rig. Will not be returning.

Easy access off of US 101, but no road noise. The park sits in a forested setting with a few pull-through and plenty of well-laid out back-in sites. Indoor pool & hot tub (currently closed due to COVID-19, but normally a nice way to warm up in winter), several clean restrooms with showers, small playground & basketball hoop, propane, gas, and diesel on-site, and a small camp store with laundry & game room.Sidewalks lead from the park under 101 to the main drag in picturesque Cannon Beach, and easy beach access (a 15 minute walk from our campsite). All sites are paved and full hookup with cable TV, 50 amp service, picnic table, grill grate, and water & sewer. Cell service (AT&T) is spotty (1 intermittent bar), as it is on much of the Oregon coast. Wi-fi was hit and miss — usually working, but briefly cutting out intermittently. It’s certainly not robust. Working from the park wasn’t an option, but browsing & e-mail worked most of the time.A herd of elk even grazed on the grass one afternoon! Friendly staff and a quiet park. One of our favorites!

On the way up the coast, we stopped at the Tillamook Cheese Factory and that was a blast. You can sample as much cheese as you want. The WiFi was good at this location. They also have a gas station at the rv park and it is the only one in town. We filled one of our propane bottles and that was easy, too. All in all, this is a great option near the heart of Cannon Beach.

Being only 1/2 mile away from the soft sands and tidepools of Cannon Beach makes it one of my top favorites overall. There are so many great things about the park. Start with the setting and spacing. With so many trees, it's more forested than some national park campgrounds I've been in. Spacing is very good for an RV park, with a little bit of room for the kids to run around. The indoor pool and hot tub is probably the star of the show. We used them both every day we were here, even though the weather outside was fantastic for April. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The Wifi is the absolute best I've ever seen in an RV Park--that's important, because we couldn't get AT&T here even with a booster. Normally we don't travel with a car. Having places our kids can get to on their bikes is important. This location really delivers, with an epic Oregon beach, plus groceries, coffee, and even dinner within easy bike riding range even for our 8-year-old.The only knock I have against this place is that the playground is pretty tiny. Even though the pool and the beach are excellent alternatives, neither are places we can let the kids run off by themselves. In campgrounds with a better playground, it serves as a gathering places for all the children to meet up and entertain each other. Still doesn't stop me from giving the place five stars and two thumbs up.

I only intended to stay for one night, but extended my stay for the week. It's right across the highway from Cannon Beach. You can take a stroll through an underpass to town. Sites are well-spaced for a private RV park, and there are lots of trees that give it a more park-like feel. Excellent WiFi — consistently fast (provided you're at a site that has good reception). Excellent cable — at least 30 channels and the clearest picture quality that I've had at an RV park. But the clincher — INDOOR HOT TUB. (And pool. But — HOT TUB). Maybe I just don't stay at RV "resorts" enough, but I couldn't get enough of that, especially on cold rainy PNW nights.I really enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely stay here again while in the area.Bonus for dog owners: A short walk up the road leads to a nature reserve with fire road trail where dogs under voice control are allowed off-leash.
