The only spaces with utilities are crammed together that front onto the bay. The spaces are so close the awning of one unit was touching the slideout of the unit next to them. A small RV would fit into some of the first serve sites. Many of the tent sites are close to each other. Most sites sit next to a poorly maintained dirt road. I wouldn't use the porta johns they were bad. There is a lot of road noise from Hwy 101. The only plus is you can get a crab dinner at the restaurant or for 120.00 you can rent a boat and catch your own crab.

  • Overpriced lot!

You will be next to someone and barely have enough space to get out of your camper. There was electric and water hookups only. The nearest dump station is in Nehalem Bay which is about 10 minutes away and is $5.This was a very busy marina up until about 9pm. There were fire pits and picnic tables at each site. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The marina offers boat rentals where you can go crabbing or fishing. We paid $110 for two hours of crabbing and they supplied all the gear. When done, they even cooked the crabes for us. They have a bunch of other seafood for sale that they will cook for you.Overall it wasn't a bad experience, just not exactly what we are into. Be sure to ask about all of the fees. (dogs, extra vehicle, people, kids, etc.)

Stayed a few days and explored the coast north and south. Partial hook ups (W/E) with a public dump station about 3-4 miles away. If you stay, get a crabbing license and rent a boat. They have a $100 special. You get little boat and 3 baited crab traps. Limit is 12 Dungeness crab. We got 8 keepers. Way too much to eat at one sitting. • A bit close to the road and pricey, but it worked.

I was here for a quick stop and it served me well. off-season so I’m the only one in the tent spots. Looks like a fun place if you love seafood, crabbing, boating... Dogs are allowed on leash.

Looking for a good get-off-the-road stop over this could be it. Good cell and even has wi-fi. Not partial to line them up RV places but ok and right on the river. We dry camped in upper level. We don’t need many amenities, so it was great for us.
