The park is easy to find and right on the waterfront. The staff was friendly. The property is huge and sits between farmland, the port of Garibaldi Bay and the cute little town. You can easily walk to a half a dozen restaurants/pubs and other shops finding a new place to dine every night of the week without getting into your car. Super cute little town! Lots of greenspace keeps you from feeling too close to your neighbor. The spaces are narrow, but the space between rows are enough to keep you from feeling locked in. The laundry facilities were very nice, too. The roads inside the park could use a little work - lots of potholes PLUS speed bumps (which are totally unnecessary, considering the road condition).

  • Decent park during a pandemic at least; not fantastic though

It's a pretty simple RV park which may be a strength or a weakness, depending on who you are. Sites are small, but reasonably flat and maintained well enough. The roads are a little dusty but not something that bothered us much. Not a lot of trees but there are a few, so check the site map if you book here. There's some spots near the 400 loop that have trees. We stayed during the COVID pandemic, which meant that the surrounding industry was mostly at a standstill--and that kept things reasonably quiet--it was nice. The park was packed and lots of folks bring boats to launch at the nearby boat launch. It's basically a place to lay your head, with a decent location (Garibaldi being close to Tillamook and several beaches). It's a bit nicer for families since both the marina/boat launch, as well as a train that you can ride, are both within walking distance--our kids loved that These were big +s for us.Staff were friendly. Facilities were kept "so-so" clean; not horrible, but not great. WiFi was awful; despite a very strong signal (no trouble seeing or connecting to an access point), the internet simply didn't work all 5 days we were here. Fortunately cell service was OK so we were able to connect via cellphones when needed.I probably wouldn't stay here again--not that it's terrible or anything, but there are other parks/campgrounds in the area so if I come back I'd try them out. This wasn't a "must-stay-next-time" place for us.

This is just a large KOA type park. Very loud till all hours from a lot of the sites, including tents. The park does not enforce the quiet time hours. One of the nights a party went on until 3:30 am. Very dusty most of the time. Lots of traffic noise. People seem to park anywhere they want. The park does not enforce the quiet time hours. One of the nights a party went on until 3:30 am. Very dusty most of the time. Lots of traffic noise. People seem to park anywhere they want. Park workers have tractors and large machines running everyday from early morning. The water view is only for about 10 sites. A large amount of sites are permanent residents. Not very clean. Sites are very close together. There’s a train nearby, lots of horn noise. They do have a large laundry room with lots of machines. The employees were nice. Internet was ok. Would not stay here again.
