This is a bottom of the barrel 55+ mobile home and RV park. It’s gated but the gate is often open. No security patrols. No after hours number to call with questions or problems. We came home to find our camper broken in on the second to the last night, given the neighborhood it’s not a surprise. WiFi sucks, not a single dumpster onsite so I’m not sure what to do with trash if you aren’t here on trash pick up day. Our site was tight with a tree directly in the middle, we had to back our huge rig in between the tree and a carport. Lots of noise including general traffic and frequent sirens. The people who live here are actually quiet and seem to keep to themselves, which kinda sucks given that we have no idea how long the door to our camper was left wide open with no one saying a word (even though there is a neighborhood watch sign on the front gate). DO NOT STAY.

The RV camping area is located in the far south east part of this mobile home park. A low black metal and wood fence is the only thing that separates you in your RV from one of the busiest streets in all of Phoenix. Boomer cars, loud motor cycles, incredibly loud trucks and to top it off the light rail stop with trains coming and going with bells and whistles at all times! I have never camped in a noisier place. No trash dumpsters are available to RV campers. While trash is picked up twice per week at each site, if your bag gets full before then, Ya just gotta hold on to it. Had I not committed to meeting with a friend in the area, I would have happily driven away from this place after the first night despite having paid for 4 nights in advance.
