Great 4-site RV park in a rural residential neighborhood. Beautiful views of the mountains in several directions in the spring. Trees are just leafing out but sites should be mostly shaded in the summer. Quiet spot, enjoyed country sounds of birds chirping and the occasional rooster crowing. Hosts are kind and knowledgeable. Easy access to almost anywhere in east TN, from Gatlinburg/Great Smoky’s to Knowville to Bristol Speedway. Would definitely stay here again! Things to note: Sites 1-3 are only about 35-36 feet long. Site 4 can handle any size rig. There is a separate parking area across from site 1 so that your vehicle isn’t blocking other sites. There is a decent hill to get up to the property, but it wasn’t a problem. Follow directions on the Rules and Reservations sheet you’re emailed for driving directions to avoid low hanging branches and narrow roads. Verizon worked great! Husband works over a VPN and had no difficulty. (Ping ~50ms, down: >25mbps, up: >20mbps) We also have an AT&T router which worked well.
