The park is 98% long term rvs, only a few spots for overnighter. We parked curbside which was different but kinda nice as our front door faces the Willamette river. I wanted to float so bad! Maybe next stop. The residents are not trashy, just very old rvs. The bathroom/showers are excellent with the smell of bleach (which is a good smell in “these unprecedented times”. Easy to find, easy to park. Office staff friendly. Railroad across the river. Very loud and blows horn as going by. No sewer. No Satelite

Way too crowded and not very visually appealing. We just drove through, did not stay.

It didn't bother us but there was a lot of train traffic next to the park, so if that bothers you, don't stop here. I don't think I would make this a destination park for a week stay, but for a stopover it was great!! Be advised they did not have a dump station, but all else worked very good.
